The State Office Staff coordinate FNP budgets, curriculum, and county staff. All personnel, payroll, purchasing, and reimbursement functions are performed at the state level.
Christine Brennan
Program Coordinator for Nutrition Education
Christine is the curriculum coordinator for the Department of Family, Youth and Community Sciences’ Family Nutrition Program. Christine’s responsibility is to review the information being presented to ensure that it represents the most up-to-date nutritional knowledge available. Additionally, she hopes to study the lasting effects of the program’s efforts to understand how these communities can be better served.
Kimberly Klinger
Program Coordinator for Administration
Kimberly is responsible for day-to-day supervision of the State Office Staff. She monitors budgets, allocates funds, supervises personnel, interprets policies and procedures, and answers questions from county faculty and other parties. She is responsible for year-end reports and any other information requested by the the PI or others. Additional duties include organizing and presenting yearly FNP Extension Program Assistant training and monitoring county functions through county visits.
Kathy Septer
Office Assistant
Kathy processes travel reimbursements, personnel, payroll, and purchasing paperwork. She works closely with other administrative offices to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions. Kathy also assists Kimberly and Chris with special projects or activities.
